Mike Mather

Mike serves as one of our four Theologians in Residence at the Missing Voice Project, offering theological and practical insight to our Design Teams.

Rev. Michael Mather is the pastor of First United Methodist Church of Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. He is the author of Having Nothing, Possessing Everything: Finding Abundant Communities in Unexpected Places.  He is also on the faculty of the Asset Based Community Development Institute at DePaul University. As a preacher-consultant-storyteller, Mike speaks all over the country about urban ministry and community development.
