Megan serves as one of our four Theologians in Residence at the Missing Voice Project, offering theological and practical insight to our Design Teams.
Megan DeWald is the Assistant Director of the Institute for Youth Ministry (IYM) at Princeton Theological Seminary, and in this role, she runs the IYM’s Certificate in Youth and Theology program, as well as the new International Certificate in Youth, Theology, and Innovation. In addition, she manages the IYM’s digital resources and organizes events and learning experiences for people engaged in youth ministry. With nearly two decades of experience in youth and young adult ministry, Megan is passionate about nurturing authentic connection and friendship among people from different social locations and equipping leaders to understand and navigate systems, structures, and relationships. She writes and speaks for national and international audiences and also serves as a staff consultant with Ministry Architects.
